Board of Directors
OMH is governed by a 10-member, voluntary board of directors, which represents a broad spectrum of professional, business, community and medical staff leaders.
The board of directors determine hospital policy and provide direction and counsel on management, administration, planning and development, along with budget and strategic planning. The directors are responsible for enforcing applicable legal requirements, and professional and ethical standards of health services. They also are responsible for the operation of OMH by managing the budget and selecting its qualified medical staff.
Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held in the Board Room of OMH at 1401 Morris Drive, Okmulgee, OK, and are subject to the open meetings, open records act.
