 Okmulgee Memorial Hospital’s Physical Therapy department is located on the lower level of the hospital next to imaging services. The department provides inpatient, outpatient and home health physical therapy services to people of all ages. Our physical therapists are held to the highest industry standards and provide consistent, quality care to all their patients. They also design a personal physical therapy program to fit each patient’s specific needs. Physical therapy can be given to a patient for a variety of reasons, whether it is to help a patient return to sports or return to normal activities of daily living.

OMH Physical Therapy department is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We accept most insurance plans, and patients are scheduled within 24 hours after we receive the doctor’s orders of care.
