Okmulgee Memorial Hospital Quality Improvement Department is located in the south hallway of the hospital’s lower level.
QI manages and continuously monitors the quality of services provided by the hospital, to ensure that the hospital is providing the optimal level of care through its services. If the QI department finds that a service or department needs to be improved, QI will create a panel of hospital employees who will oversee and make the necessary improvements.
The QI department is managed by both a director and a council, which meets every third Thursday of the month to discuss quality improvement issues.
