Department:HOPE – Geriatric Psychiatry
Position Description: Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Assists patients by providing personal care, comfort and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.

    Qualifications:
    Education:GED or Highschool Dipolma
    Experience:Basic computer skill and office equipment. Good customer relations.
    Must have good grammar/spelling, read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions,transcription, BLS – Within 1 month of hire
    Special Skills:License/Certification – CNA
    Physical Requirements:Medium work (exert up to 50lbs
    force occasionally, up to 20lbs)
    frequently and up to 10lbs constantly)
